CERTIFY.MOE is a certificate, credential and document verification platform connecting applicants, institutions, employers and independent verification professionals.
We believe verification should mean something. Every result on CERTIFY.MOE is backed by a documented chain: an application, screened documents, a verification agent who contacted the source directly, and an independent QA reviewer who checked the evidence before anything is marked verified.
Payment confirms a purchase. It never confirms authenticity on its own. Authenticity is always established through a trusted source or a manual verification step, recorded as evidence and reviewed by a second person.
